Goods and Services Tax (GST)

The Government announced the implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) with effect from 1st April 2015, at rate of 6%. GST will be levied and charged on taxable supplier made by businesses which are registerd for GST in Malaysia. GST registration is mandatory for businesses with an annual turnover exceeding RM500,000.00.
